Consequently, disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility, whether caused by disability, age or any other factor, should have opportunities for air travel comparable to those of other citizens. Disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility have the same right as all other citizens to free movement, freedom of choice and non-discrimination. This applies to air travel as to other areas of life.”

The Novability Cooperativa Sociale a r.l. Social enterprise was born from the will of a young and enterprising group of members on 24 July 2017, making use of the experience gained over the years with the Association of Civil Protection Volunteers Torchiarolo and giving importance to the care for relationships and flexible projects, capable of evolving, always in step with the socio-economic changes of the territories in which it operates and the needs of users.
According to our vision, the user must receive and perceive the level of services offered with increasing attention, so that the rights and standards established by the reference standards are fully respected.
The consolidated trend of user growth, and in particular the even more significant percentage increase in requests for assistance by PRMs, with the airport sector, requires a constant adjustment of the capital in human resources, based on a socially oriented professionalization
The Company guarantees an ability documented to operate according to the standards set by the international, community and national legislation of reference, engaging in continuous improvement paths of skills and performance aimed at pursuing our mission:
- Ensure efficiency and comfort in all phases of the service.
- Take care of the relational and behavioural aspects, offering courtesy and professionalism on the part of the dedicated staff.
- Provide in a complete and accessible way all the relevant information for the full usability of the experience with the company.
- Collaborate in the functioning of the communication channels through which the user exercises his rights.
Currently the Cooperative has a team of 60 employees.
